customers. If you find that you ordered the wrong
size, please print and fill out this Adobe PDF Returns and Exchanges Form, and we will
exchange your size for free!* If for some reason
you are dissatisfied with your order, please refer to the following
instructions:

All returns and exchanges must be processed with the Returns and Exchanges
Form. Please print this form, fill it out completely, make your self a copy, and include the original in your return or exchange. This is the same form included on your packing slip. You only need to fill out one form. The Returns and Exchanges Form must be submitted with your return or exchange to process the order.

We will only accept items for return or
exchange that are unused, with tags attached.

quantities of pairs, 3 packs, 6 packs, and
dozens only.

Returns and
exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Defective items
may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase.

Refunds on non-defective items will be issued for the original price of the item excluding
the amount paid for shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process a
return or exchange.
